Vita-Scan is an AI-powered web application that analyzes supplement and food product ingredient labels. Users may submit images, barcodes, or text ingredient lists; the Service returns an AI-generated analysis categorizing ingredients as safe, caution, or avoid based on general publicly available nutritional research.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Ingredient classifications are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Vita-Scan does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis.
The analysis produced by Vita-Scan is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Ingredient assessments are based on general research and do not account for your individual health conditions, medications, allergies, or personal circumstances.

You may create an account using your email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@vita-scan.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Vita-Scan offers a free tier that includes a limited number of scans per day. Paid subscription plans ("Pro") may be offered with additional features and unlimited scans. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan with reasonable notice.

When you submit images or ingredient text to the Service for analysis, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Service uses third-party providers including Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (hosting and compute), and OpenAI (AI analysis). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AXIS CREATIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY HEALTH DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Creative and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
